Maggie Lamle, RN, BSN, is a wife, mother, and registered nurse with over 16 years of experience in ER, ICU, and trauma care, and is also an integrative genetic specialist, certified personal trainer, and nutrition coach.

After years on the front lines of medicine, Maggie recognized that most patients were receiving care far too late — when symptoms had already progressed into serious conditions. That realization shifted her focus toward prevention and root-cause health.

Today, she helps individuals improve energy, metabolism, and overall wellness by combining science-based fitness, nutrition, and advanced strategies that support the body at the cellular level — creating sustainable results from the inside out.
